Delivery timelines
In most cases, Sygnia’s standard delivery time is displayed on the Website when you place your order. Sygnia will use reasonable endeavours to ship any product ordered on the Website within that timeline, subject to availability of the product. However, you understand and confirm that Sygnia is not responsible for any delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond our control or by any lapse on the part of the courier. You are solely responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information, including the address.
Shipping charges & free shipping
Sygnia offers free shipping on orders above the defined Minimum Order Value (MOV) — currently Rs 500 — in selected serviceable pin codes. For orders below the MOV, or for other serviceable pin codes, standard shipping charges apply and are displayed when you place your order. Sygnia reserves the right to change the MOV or the standard shipping charges from time to time without prior notice. Shipping charges are shown at the time of placing the order, and by placing your order on gallons.co.in you confirm and agree to them.
Orders with multiple products
If you book multiple products in one transaction, Sygnia will endeavour to ship them together; however, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or logistics. Multiple products ordered in a single transaction are shipped to a single address. To ship to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Order acceptance & cancellation rights
Sygnia reserves the right to cancel, delay, or recall any order from delivery if fraud is suspected.
Some Indian states prohibit the direct sale of merchandise from other states, or require special documentation to give effect to such a sale without dual taxation. For an order received from, or to be delivered to, such states, Sygnia retains the right to accept or reject the order at its sole discretion.
Sygnia will make reasonable attempts to deliver your product, after which an undelivered order will be cancelled and you will be notified to that effect. Sygnia will refund the amount charged on the order after deducting shipping charges as per Sygnia’s policy.
Title & risk
Title to the products and all risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product.

We also offer cash on delivery across most pin codes in India. Sygnia maintains an efficient delivery system: most orders in Ahmedabad’s urban and suburban areas are delivered by our own delivery network, and for orders outside these areas we partner with reliable courier services to provide quality service to customers pan-India.
